PARTS OF AN ATOM- Neutron
a neutron is a small particle in an atom. It is found in the Nucleus of an atom. A neutron does not have an electric charge, which is why it was called the neutron, because it is neutral. (N)
PARTS OF AN ATOM- Electron
an electron is a subatomic particle of an atom. Unlike the other particles, it located AROUND the nucleus. It has a negative charge, which balances out with a proton, as a proton has a positive charge. (e)
