They know who they are, where they are, the year, and the time of day. Some need complete care, others need help with daily activities

Confused and disoriented persons

They are mildly to severely confused and oriented. Some cannot remember names or dates. Others don't know who it where they are. They cannot fees or dress themselves

Persons needing complete care

Very disables, confused, or disoriented. Cannot meet their own needs. Some can't say what they need or want
