Social bonds are the level of closeness and attachment with others ie:intimacy,reassurance of ones worth.




Social supports are the network of ppl and services with whom you share ties and get support. Ie being cared and loved for .. Car breaks down, who would you call that would do everything humanly possible to help you?

Define Self-Efficacy ane provide an example.

To believe in yourself. ..ex: how well u think youll do on an exam =how high or low your self efficacy is.

Influenced by things around u. Ie.. Support, environments, your family!( is it healthy or dysfunctional?)
