L'intrigue
|
Hélène and Paul, an unhappily married couple, are on their way to the theatre one night. A woman (Malika) is running from two men and meets the couple on the road. She begs for help, but Paul locks the doors. The two men beat Malika. Paul won't let Hélène call for help. Hélène looks for Malika and finds her in a hospital. She takes care of her and ignores her husband and her job. Paul and Fabrice are jerks to all women. Malika is a prostitute who escaped from an arranged marriage set up by her father. Her family has denied her. They accept her when she has money. Hélène and Malika have the pimps caught. Hélène leave Paul and Fabrice. Malika saves her sister from living the same life she was forced into.
