You would use a needle ans poke a hole on one side saying who you voted for... ______________ Hanging Chads In some Counties in Fl, they used Hanging Chads... Peice of paper... Punch a hole in card saying who you voted for.... But the punched out piece would stick to the card... Ergo, the Votes were confusing |
