How do you evaluate Rhythm on and EKG?
|
1 Look for pauses, premature beats, irregularity and abnormal waves.
2. Check for P before QRS & QRS after each P. 3. Look at PR intervals (for AV Blocks); Look at QRS interval (for BBB) 4. Has QRS vector shifted outside normal range? (R/O hemiblock) |
