1. Electric elevator trim - Check


a. Elevator trim - ON

c. P/CP check individual element for no movement of trim and check proper operation of both elements


d. Check P switches override CP and moves in direction commanded


e. Check P/CP trim disconnects while activating trim


f. Elevator trim switch - OFF and ON


2. Engage the AP and YD. Press RED AP/YD disconnect, ensure AP/YD disengage

WX RADAR TEST

1. Select Terrain Awareness Display - Both HSIs


2. Select WXR TERRAIN DISPLAY ON/OFF switches on both P/CP sides to WX


3. WX Control knob - Rotate (until MFD's indicate WX TEST and pattern is visible

BRAKE DEICE - CHECK

1. BLEED AIR VALVES - OPEN


2. BRAKE DEICE - ON, annunciator illuminated


3. Observe the following indicators


a. Increase in TGT


b. Decrease in torque


c. Brake Deice Advisory light


d. Decrease in PNEU, pressure within limits


4. BRAKE DEICE - OFF, annunciator extinguished

TCAS CHECK

1. Select ALT and TA/RA, set TVI range to 5NM, momentarily actuate the test selection on the TCAS/ATC control panel


2. Code readout displays 8888 for 1 sec, and the ATC FAIL lamp illuminates for 1 sec then extinguish.


3. The TA/RA/VSI indicators should present a target display


4. After completion of self-test, TCAS SYSTEM TEST OK audio heard

EGPWS CHECK

1. TERRAIN INHIBIT switch not engaged


2. EGPWS PUSH TO TEST switch - Press


a. Amber GPWS inop annunciation lower left of EADIs remains on during test


b. TERR INOP lamp in glareshield remains on during test


c. TERR TEST displayed on EHSIs during test

5. DEICE CYCLE switch - MANUAL Pneumatic pressure deceases, returns to green arc Boots inflate until switch is released
