Parol Evidence Rule:

When agreement is complete, unambiguous writing is present, no testimony is permitted to the intent of the parties. Cannot introduce evidence of terms allegedly created prior to or contemperous to the writing.

Exceptions: Lack of voluntary consent, ambiguous contracts, incomplete writing (can only add to),subsequent oral contracts (so long as consideration is present), conditions precedent.
