Per reference DODD 1205.5, member will fill out DD 368 Request for Conditional Release, and shall be used in all cases involving inter-service transfer.

Members assigned to a priority 1 unit. 6. Members in receipt of bonus for their current enlistment. 7. Members serving in a temporary rating. 8. Members of the IRR. |
