If a bully shouts names at you, is it best to pretend not to hear.
This may be difficult, but simply ignore the bully if you can.
What might help in the future, if you find others that have been bullied?
Maybe you could set up a 'speaking up for yourself' group and hold meeting to discuss your problems/concerns
Who would you tell if you were being bullied?
Always tell a trusted adult, such as your key worker, lecturer or your parents.
