Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
Magnetic coil is placed over the brain to stimulate.
Used to induce behavior or disrupt.
EEG
Measures graded potentials from thousands of neurons.
Reveals features of brain's electrical activity.
ERPs
Event-Related Potentials.
Mapping Brain Function with event-related potentials.
MEG
Magnetoencephalogram.
Magnetic potential recorded from detectors placed outside the skull.
