What is the definition of a tissue?

Made when cells of similar shape and function which are capable of recognizing each other and sticking to each other

Why is blood said to be a tissue?

Because it is made of similar cells and they work towards similar functions

Covers surface of body and internal organs, Lines digestive tract and blood vessels
