What is behaviorism?
The view that mental states do not exist but are in fact the talk of certian behaviors.

The turing test states that "if a computer or machine acts like a human and looks like a human than it must be human".
How can a mental state cause a physical state?
According to interactionalist dualism a physical event causes a mental event which in turns causes another physical event and so on.
