METHOD ONE:
1. warm glass before mixing drink 2. mix drink 3. float highest proof alcohol on top 4. ignite using long match 5. extinguish before drinking METHOD TWO: 1. warm glass before mixing drink 2. mix drink 3. pour one tablespoon of highest proof liquor into shot glass 4. ignite with long match 5. pour flaming liquid into drink 6. extinguish before serving |

1. put glass in fridge/freezer 2. crush ice 3. fill chilled glass with ice or ice water 4. prepare cocktail 5. holding stem of glass, shake downward to remove ice and water 6. strain cocktail into glass METHOD TWO: 1. coat inside of glass with water 2. dump excess water 3. place glass into freezer until it frosts 4. remove glass from freezer--strain cocktail into glass |
