1. put glass in fridge/freezer
2. crush ice
3. fill chilled glass with ice or ice water
4. prepare cocktail
5. holding stem of glass, shake downward to remove ice and water
6. strain cocktail into glass

METHOD TWO:
1. coat inside of glass with water
2. dump excess water
3. place glass into freezer until it frosts
4. remove glass from freezer--strain cocktail into glass
