Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Enacted to provide individuals with disabilities access to products and services offered by businesses, including banks.
Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Enacted to detect and prevent money laundering.
Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
Requires banks to meet the credit needs of low and moderate income neighborhoods. Banks are required to maintain a public file about its CRA performance and make it available if a customer requests a copy.
