Upon receipt of a harassment complain, the supervisor shall?
Have the employee (victim) complete the Harassment Form or complete a statement outlining the incident. If the employee is reluctant to file the report in writing, conduct a verbal interview by asking the questions, documenting responses on the form, and have the employee sign the form. Confer with the alleged harasser. Advise the complainant that the alleged harasser ha been counseled and asked to be informed of any future occurrences. Forward completed form in a confidential manner to the Director of Human Resources or designee. If conduct persists, contact the Director of Human Resources or designee for further action.
