royal Beard shows his status as pharaoh, bird (Horus) embracing head showing his protection, made of Diorite stone to last for eternity, closed form (all apendages hug the body (not extended), representing an eternal stillness.

Displays power and authority
Rigidly frontal, fists clenched. Left leg slightly advanced. Khamerernebty(wife) stands in similiar position but, right arm is around king's waist w/left hand resting on his left arm( this indicates their marital status). No signs of affection.
