Combination therapy only
SE: abdomincal pain, fatigue, GI complaints, nuetropenia, thrombocytopenia, nephrotoxicity, cough, dizziness, pyrexia, rash, upper respiratory infections, hepatoxicity, increased risk for MI
CX: CAD, monitor ALT, AST
