What is Mitral Stenosis

Management of Mitral Stenosis Disease
|
prophylactic (PNC) Strep infections, Infective Endocarditisis, prior to invasive procedures. Avoid heavy exertion. Use Medications such as BB, CCB, Diuretics.

Mitral Value Surgical Replacement
|
Valvotomy , mitral balloon valvuloplasty, open valvotomy, replacement valve.

|
Incomplete closure of mitral valve, allowing blood to flow backwards.
