What is "CRS"?
"Contract-Relax-Stretch"
A stretching technique, using reciprocal inhibition. Therapist gets in position to perform stretch, then asks client to contract against a resistance. Immediately following the muscles relaxation, the stretch is performed. Breathing may be used.
There are seven categories of joint movements. Name them:

Movement performed entirely by the therapist.
Define: Joint Mobilization
Passive movement of joints within the normal range of movement.
Define: Stretching
Passive movement of joints performed to the limit of the range of movement, with a slight stretch beyond.
Define: Joint Adjustment:
Chiropractic adjustment.
