Class: Antiarrythemic
Action: Prolongs action potential and refractory period. Inhibits adrenergic stimulation. Slows sinus rate. Increases PR and QT interval. Decreases peripheral vascular resistance.

300mg IV/IO repeat half dose in 3-5 min
WCT with pulses:
150mg IV/IO over 10 mins
Post resuscitation:
1mg/minute over 6 hours
Max dose: 2.2g IV/IO over 24hrs

5mg/kg IV/IO
