what is executive article?
Article II of the Constitution establishes the presidency and gives the executive power of the federal government to the president. (p.390)

power of the president to issue executive orders; orginates from the constitution and acts of congress.

what is executive agreement?

what is pardon?
release from the punishment or legal consequences of a crime, by the president (in federal case) or a governer (in a state case) (p.407)
