Glutaminergic agent. NMD receptor antagonist. Dizziness, confusion, constipation, h/a, rash.

Namantadine drug interactions
|
alcaline urine, increases namantadine blood levels, and side effects. May interfire with blood levels of quinine and diuretics

NMDA drugs
|
mamantadine, amantadine (symmetrel), ketamine and dextromethorphan. Do not combine then may potentiate its effects
