The destination and origin cities cities between which your passenger is traveling.

An agreement between carriers to market and sell flights on each other's aircraft. We are required to advise customers when we are offering/selling carriage on flights operated by other airlines.

A city in which plane changes are made for those passengers traveling throughout the US Airways system. Ie Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, and Philadelphia, PA.
HUB CITIES
This agreement allows for baggage handling and ticketing between US Airways and another airline.
INTERLINE AGREEMENT
The first city in a customer's itinerary.
ORIGIN CITY
Passenger Name Record. The customer's reservation.
PNR
The tools our representatives use to answer questions regarding a passenger's baggage claim.
