Place hands one foot in front of chest, palms downward, fingers almost touching, elbows out
Without moving hand, point fingers of left hand downward
Grasp back of left hand with right hand
Apply wrist pressure downward and toward elbow
Repeat with other hand

Point fingers of left hand inward, toward the chest
Grasp back of left hand, trapping the thumb and little finger, with right hand
Apply wrist pressure upward and forward, away from the chest
