What is Anteversion?

The forward lifting of the arm that occurs around a frontal axis which runs through the head of the humerus.

What is Retroversion?

The backward lifting of the arm that occurs around a frontal axis which runs through the head of the humerus.

What is circumduction?

The circular movement of a limb.
