2 and 3 left interspace, radiates towards left shoulder, diamond shaped systolic murmur
Aortic regurg
Decrescendo diastolic murmur
Mitral stenosis
USE BELL – low pitched diastolic decrescendo rumble. OS sometimes initiates murmur
Venous hum
Continous murmur, loudest in diastole, caused by venous turbulence, BELL
Pericardial friction rub
3 components: atrial systole, ventricular systole, ventricular diastole, DIAPHRAGM
PDA
Continuous, loudest in late systole
