Responsible for:

• Planning, developing and implementing Squadron training program, including appointing and resourcing instructors
  
• Ensuring staff and cadets complete mandatory training
• Ensuring cadet curriculum is delivered, assessed, evaluated and entered into cadet records

• Ensuring all members of the squadron achieve high personal standards and moral
• Providing CO and TRGO with advice on matters relating Drill and Ceremonial
• Assist CO with discipline matters
• Ensuring nominal role is taken and recorded

• Supporting TRGO to plan and deliver Squadron Home Training
• Ensuring subject instructors have all necessary resources and equipment
• Ensuring training is delivered in accordance with the MoGT
