-Bureaucratic Orientation-Service to orientation results in positive trend in income, social status, job security and career; money is a reward for grade, function, length of service; long term goal and positive trends in long term -Solidaristic Orientation- social relationships are more important than money$£$£$£ |

Why people work other then money?

they work to use skills they have, aka Liam Neeson; they want to feel a sense of purpose; they want dignity and worthiness; lack of work does not have to necessarily deal with economical reasons

trying to improve the intrinsic meaning of work by allowing the workers to work throughout the whole process of the work, another way is to make jobs more challenging or interesting, allow the worker more autonomy; autonomy can be positive and negative, whenever they have more freedom they could possibly work less
