Anti- crime sergeant determined it would be appropriate to performing surveillance at the corner of Putnam Street and Grand Avenue because burglaries are up 120% in the precinct in that area. Anti-crime Supervisor will be required to apprise patrol sergeants of anti-crime activity locations for information of uniformed members on patrol. |
