How are cellular respiration and glycolysis related?
Glycolysis breaks down glucose in the cytoplasm before cellular respiration occurs in the mitochandria. The aerobic ( requires energy) processes mitochandria and then uses the products of glycolysis
Summarize the aerobic stages of cellular respiration. Be sure to discuss the Krebs cycle, the electron transport chain in ur answer.
Your answer should indicate that the process of glycolysis and 2-3 carbon molecules of atp are broken down by the Krebs cycle to make energy carrying molecules including small amounts of atom molecules, and the energy from the Krebs cycle is used to make atp.
Describe the relationship between cellular respiration and photosynthesis. Discuss the functions of the chloroplasts and the mitochandria.
The relationship between cellular respiration and photosynthesis is that they are mirror images of each other. The chemical equations are also the opposite of each other. The function of the chloroplast is where photosynthesis takes place. Cellular respiration takes place in the mitochandria.
