Closed verses open-skill activities
|
Closed-skill activities have characteristics that do not vary much such as running on a track, bowling, and riding an exercise bike. Open-skill activities have characteristics that change often such as the speed and trajectory of a ball or the use of offensive and defensive strategies. Examples are volleyball and soccer. Open-skill activities are more difficult for an individual who is deafblind and need to be modified for them to take part.
