What is Equitable Distribution?

What two things does the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act do?

  1. Provides for direct of enforceability of child support orders across state lines
  2. Provide that the forum state that issued the first support order retains continuing and exclusive jurisdiction as long as child or one parent lives there. - So only original state can modify.
