The group that stays constant in an experiment
Theory
An explanation that is broad in scope, generates new hypothesis and is supported bya large body of evidence
Models
Can take many forms, including diagrams, 3-D models, graphs, computer programs, and mathematrical equations
Technology
Generally applies scientific knowledge for some specific purpose
