|
|
ذَلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لاَ رَيْبَ فِيهِ
|
This is the Book | about which there is no doubt
v2, p1/2 |
|
|
هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِين
|
a guidance for those conscious of Allah
v2, p2/2 |
|
|
الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ
|
Who believe in the unseen
v3, p1/3 |
|
|
وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلاةَ
|
and establish prayer
v3, p2/3 |
|
|
وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُون
|
and spend out of what We have provided for them
v3, p3/3 |
|
|
والَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ
|
And who believe
v4, p1/4 |
|
|
بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ
|
in what has been revealed to you, [O Muúammad],
v4, p2/4 |
|
|
وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ
|
and what was revealed before you
v4, p3/4 |
|
|
وَبِالآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُون
|
and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith].
v4, p4/4 |
|
|
أُوْلَـئِكَ عَلَى هُدًى مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ
|
Those are upon [right] guidance from their Lord
v5, p1/2 |
|
|
وَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
|
and it is those who are the successful.
v5, p2/2 |
|
|
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
|
Indeed, those who disbelieve
v6, p1/4 |
|
|
سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ
|
it is all the same for them
v6, p2/4 |
|
|
أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ
|
whether you warn them or do not warn them
v6, p3/4 |
|
|
لاَ يُؤْمِنُون
|
they will not believe.
v6, p4/4 |
|
|
خَتَمَ اللّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهمْ
|
Allah has set a seal upon their hearts
v7, p1/4 |
|
|
وَعَلَى سَمْعِهِمْ
|
and upon their hearing
v7, p2/4 |
|
|
وَعَلَى أَبْصَارِهِمْ غِشَاوَةٌ
|
and over their vision is a veil
v7, p3/4 |
|
|
وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عظِيمٌ
|
وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عظِيمٌ
|
|
|
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللّهِ
|
And of the people | are some who say, | "We believe in Allah"
v8, p1/2 |
|
|
وَبِالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤْمِنِين
|
"...and the Last Day," | but they are not believers
v8, p2/2 |
|
|
يُخَادِعُونَ اللّهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا
|
They [think to] deceive Allah and those who believe
v9, p1/2 |
|
|
وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلاَّ أَنفُسَهُم وَمَا يَشْعُرُون
|
but they deceive not | except themselves | and perceive [it] not
v9, p2/2 |
|
|
فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ
|
In their hearts is disease
v10, p1/4 |
|
|
فَزَادَهُمُ اللّهُ مَرَضاً
|
so Allah has increased their disease
v10, p2/4 |
|
|
وَلَهُم عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
|
and for them is a painful punishment
v10, p3/4 |
|
|
بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ
|
because they [habitually] used to lie
v10, p4/4 |
|
|
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ
|
And when it is said to them
v11, p1/3 |
|
|
لاَ تُفْسِدُواْ فِي الأَرْض
|
"Do not cause corruption on the earth,"
v11, p2/3 |
|
|
ِ قَالُواْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُو
|
they say, "We are but reformers."
v11, p3/3 |
|
|
أَلا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُون
|
Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters
v12, p1/2 |
|
|
وَلَـكِن لاَّ يَشْعُرُو
|
but they perceive [it] not
v12, p2/2 |
|
|
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ
|
And when it is said to them
v13, p1/5 |
|
|
آمِنُواْ كَمَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ
|
"Believe as the people have believed,"
v13, p2/5 |
|
|
قَالُواْ أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آمَنَ السُّفَهَاء
|
they say, "Should we believe as the foolish have believed?"
v13, p3/5 |
|
|
أَلا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاء
|
Unquestionably, it is they who are the foolish
v13, p4/5 |
|
|
وَلَـكِن لاَّ يَعْلَمُو
|
but they know [it] not
v13, p5/5 |
|
|
وَإِذَا لَقُواْ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ
|
And when they meet those who believe
v14, p1/4 |
|
|
قَالُواْ آمَنَّا
|
they say, "We believe"
v14, p2/4 |
|
|
وَإِذَا خَلَوْاْ إِلَى شَيَاطِينِهِمْ
|
but when they are alone with their evil ones
v14, p3/4 |
|
|
قَالُواْ إِنَّا مَعَكْمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ
|
they say, | "Indeed, we are with you; | we were only mockers."
v14, p4/4 |
