Everyone has a different approach as to how to tackle stress. I know people whom use stress balls. It’s a squishy, yet somewhat firm ball that you place in the palm of your hand and squeeze. This helps to relieve stress and the tension that accompanies it. Another stress relief technique is meditation. Mediation is one of the best stress relieving techniques that was founded within the Indian culture but today is accessible to …show more content…
It’s not a figment of our imagination and if not taken care of or dealt with, may unravel into serious health problems. There are many different outlets of stress relief available to everyone. Please seek out and control it before it controls you.
