However, it is commonly known that everyone must do his job. In this particular case, Beto had to dance, Perlman had to make business and Alberto Aghion had to solve the problems.
There are different business models, which Zumba Fitness could utilize. They even can proceed with their current infomercial Exercise Video Model. They could use the Instructor Training Model and Franchise Model as well. Zumba Fitness has a unique product, a special offer without direct competitors. The biggest challenge is to make the marketing right. Zumba Fitness has to hire the best marketing company out there and to create the brand, which will become well known across the country and worldwide. Marketing is crucial. You may cook brilliantly, you may make the best pizza in the world, but if no one knows about this, you will always be eating it alone.
Given the circumstances, the best way for the company is to combine the available business models in order to achieve the best results. However, it is crucial for Zumba to hire good accounting company and to calculate the profitability in order to distribute the profit accordingly and to ensure the growth will continue. Considering Beto is the creator of this style of training program Zumba Fitness may utilize the Instructor Training Model training the instructors and certifying them after the end of the training, allowing them to train other people but not allowing them to use the name Zumba Fitness.
