Koffler is an example of a bad building to choose for a safe house during a zombie apocalypse. Although the building is sufficiently tall (5 stories), allowing refugees to stay far away from the zombies, this building contains many labs that various science classes use. One of the classes that use this building for labs is the chemistry department. This poses many different obstacles. Due to the amount of scientific experiments that go on in this building, there are many different chemicals, resources and equipment in this building. This would allow you to create many things including different medications.
