Bentley Drummle is Pip's arch nemesis in Great Expectations. He abuse Estella during their marriage, and later on dies while mistreating his horse. He treats people horrible because he thinks that he is superior to everyone else, but despite this, Mr. Jaggers still has a liking for him.
"You're A Mean One Mr. Grinch" is about a green creature called the Grinch that is a creation of Dr. Suess, who ruins Christmas for Whoville. Drummel, in many ways ruined many chances Pip had with Estella, and is like the Grinch in a way. Even being this bad of a person, many people tolerate him, Estella included. Those reasons are why "You're A Mean One Mr. Grinch" is a good song to represent Bentley Drummle.
