I’ve had the pleasure of working in partnership with Yolanda Young for the past eight years in my capacity as a national child welfare trainer and consultant. During that time, I have had the opportunity to witness her competence, confidence, focus and optimism in developing a highly functioning and adept team.

Yolanda has demonstrated a sincere commitment to providing the best service to children and families. She takes leadership to the next level by inspiring, guiding and developing her team to provide the best to children and families as well.
