Explain the various user categories and message flows within the social networking site for each user category.
Also, explain the benefits and risks associated with the use of social networking in business.
Discuss the benefits that organizational monitoring of social media provide to customers and the general public. Identify the competitive advantage that social media provide to businesses. Provide an example of an organization that has successfully integrated social networking with its strategic planning.

1. Moderators: They are individuals (or groups of individuals) who look after the forums from day to day. They have the authority to edit or delete posts and lock, unlock, move, delete and split topics in the forum they moderate.
2. Administrators: These are members assigned with the highest level of control over the entire board. They are also called as super users. These people control all operations, including setting permissions, banning users, creating user groups or moderators, etc.,
3. Users: are individuals or members who have been given access to a forum or who have publicly registered to access the forum. These members do not have any special privileges unless otherwise given by the Forum Owner.
1. Post: A post is a user-submitted message enclosed into a block containing the user's details and the date and time it was submitted. Members are usually allowed to edit or delete their own posts. Posts are contained in threads, where they appear as boxes one after another.
2. Threads: A thread is started on some subject by an initiator. If they are interested in the subject of the thread, people post their opinions in reply posts.

XAMPP: Xampp is an Open-source web server solution comprises of basic components such as Apache HTTP, MYSQL, PHP or Perl languages. It was used in this project as the local server in developing the system.
Importance of Social Media Marketing :
We must note one thing that traditional marketing has changed and will never be the same.
1. The consumers use the television at we have technology allowing consumers to mute or skip TV commercials – and they do.
2. The circulations of the Newspaper and all print circulation is dying. so therefore the Ads do not get attention.
3. One-way “push” messaging is now viewed as offensive and hype-ish. Bad for the brand.
4. Consumers are overwhelmingly ‘over-messaged’. We are all OVERLOADED.
5. Consumers do not trust traditional marketers anymore.
According to the Lisa Chapman[9] the companies should develop the online relationships with trust, they have an exciting opportunity to make individual volunteer advocate of their brand.
A team of members should be gathered to strategize social media marketing. A group has to be involved as a group to make a current marketing plan
