Answer: When working for a Children’s Hospital there allot of challenges that you will have to overcome as a worker. I found it difficult at one point of time speaking with parents of children that are dying from a medical illness and trying to get them scheduled to see their doctor can be a bit of challenge due to the overbooked schedule making it difficult to schedule patients that are in of services. The way I overcame this challenge is by offering families to be placed on a waitlist, so if family cancel their appointment before their appointment I have the opportunity to call families and move their appointments up.
