"This Land Is Your Land" is one of the United States' most famous folk songs. It was written by American folk singer Woody Guthrie in 1940. “This Land is Your Land,” reflected not only Guthrie’s support for the common people, but also his deep love for his country. The song celebrated the beauty and greatness of America, and also the importance of the nation belonged to all the people, not just the rich and powerful.
