Wines are good with food, or is this a misconception? People like tasty dishes and compliments used with these dishes. Wines are one of the favorite supplements. There are different types of wines with different tastes and sweetness. People think that there are specific wines that are used with specific foods. After some research Mandy Lynn found that there are some fallacies about wine and food pairing. From these misconceptions there are some that are more famous and important. The first misconception is about color. People believe that red wine should be paired with red meat. This came from early times, when there was no corresponding knowledge about wines.
