The process
The windshield assessment was obtained near the community of Dulles High School on September 20, 2016. This paper will include a survey of the community’s boundaries, housing, environment, schools, stores, parks and recreation, people, health and social services, protective services, and a summary of the community’s strengths and weaknesses.
Boundaries
The neighborhood in this community is known as Sugarland. There are several sub-communities such as Avalon, First Colony, Imperial Sugar Land, Lake Pointe Town Center, River Park, Sugar creek, Telfair. This community is bordered by west Belfort from North side, high way 6 from South side, Dairy Ashford and Dulles avenue from Eastside, Eldridge park way for West side and high way 90 from South West side. Housing The houses in Sugar land community have a wide range. Age of the house are varies from brand new to 30 years and size ranging from one story to two stories traditional home and some apartments. . They are constructed from wood and aluminum panel sliding. Many houses in this community are under construction and still developing. Environment Sugarland is very beautiful and developed community. There are no signs of Decay and neglect in this community. Community is covered by well-maintained landscaping, sidewalks, cleaned major and minor roads. While driving around the school there was no sign of trash and homeless people. School The Dulles High school was built in the 1950. It is also known as John Foster Dulles High School. There are many other elementary school and high school located in Sugarland community. Some of the top rated schools in sugar land are walker Station elementary school, commonwealth elementary school, Clements High School, Harmony School Of science, Kempner High School. The Neighborhood seems to be developing in the area of advancement residents. There is other additional education training or service available for the community such as CAN training institute, Champak Makeup Academy, and Ogle School of Hair, skin and Nails. Store There are some the commercial stores like Kroger’s, Walmart, Fiesta, and H.E.B the area around the High school had several private owned small shops like a Mexican food store, some Indian grocery store.

Residents of Sugar Land can also conveniently drive to Texas Children’s Pediatrics, MD Anderson cancer center, and Memorial Hermann Medical Hospital. The nearest Emergency Center is in the middle of the community near by most of the residential area.
Protective Service
The City of Sugarland Fire Station 2, Fire Station 3 and Fire Station 4 are located in this community; security guards were driving around the neighborhood. The Sugarland police department, Sugarland Public Works and Sugarland City Hall Annex are located inside this community.
Conclusion
Sugarland community is very interesting to observe and it has potential for growth. The main strength was discovered in the community of the people were very protective, supportive to each other. There are my schools colleges, Churches and hospital in the neighborhood area. The general weaknesses included that lack of transportations and some old abandoned buildings. Another weakness of this big community is that people have to travel little far from their house to buy grocery and to get health
