It has become a popular belief that if you fail in school, then you will completely fail in life. Now please do not misunderstand, an education is extremely important. This is a fact, there is no denying the importance of an education. Most of the time, how successful you are all totally depends on the quantity and quality of education you have received. Statistics show that people who go on further in their schooling are more likely to succeed than those who do not. The ones who do not go further, however, get labeled as failures. They get told that they have nothing better to offer this world than flipping burgers. This is a wrong message to send to people. Not all people can afford to send their kids to college, not everyone has money to be that lucky. Not everyone becomes a disappointment just because they did not go to college. Shakespeare is one of the most famously known people in the entire world. Everyone knows Shakespeare, if not for what he has done, then at least recognize him by his name. You probably would not believe me if I told you that Shakespeare did not have what was considered to be a formal education. ListVerse says, “Scholars have suggested that he may have attended the King’s New School, but they also believe—based on some of his writings—that he did not attend school past the age of thirteen.” Another article, titled Shakespeare’s Education and Childhood states, “Shakespeare was removed from school around age thirteen because of his father's financial and social difficulties.” Shakespeare is a very intelligent and talented man who added over a 1,700 words to the dictionary, and yet, I have been in school longer than he
