Can you imagine what our former president, William Taft, had to yell when he got stuck in the white house bath tub? Well we may never know, but we can learn about Taft, his presidency, and the life in 1908.

(Barber 36) The cow's milk and butter must have been pretty good due to the fact that Taft was the heaviest president weighing over 300 pounds.(Barber 36) After his years as a president he became a professor of law at YALE university. (Biography.com) Where his love for law got put to use. Taft as the great president he was, sadly didn’t get to return for a second term in office. He officially left office on March 4, 1913, defeated by the other candidate Woodrow Wilson, who was a democrat. (Biography.com)
