is George Washington’s History and how he came to be the noble man he was . How He
impacted our country. And why he was the president of the United States of America.
The first thing you should know about him is how he grew up. George Washington
was born in Virginia, on February 22, in 1732. His father Augustine was a part of the county
court and he was a farmer. His father Augustine and mother Mary had six children out of

and indian war” but when the british started the taxing the colonists he took a stand. He
became the general of the colonists army. He brought new tactics to the table and
fought the british using guerrilla warfare. Which the british were unprepared for, giving the
colonists a well needed advantage. Without general George Washington we might not
have one the war and not have gained our independence from Britain. He led our troops
through some of the most trying of situations such as the long winter of valley forge. Overall
he was an incredibly stupendous leader.
George washington wasn’t just a leader of the colonial army he was our nation's
very first president. And a great one at that. He bettered our country in so many different
ways, such as establishing a cabinet of advisors. And he signed into the first copyright law.
