I honestly think that this is the most important amendment of the three amendments that I picked. the 10th amendment states that “ The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” This amendment says that states have the power in their states to decide what they want and only what they want. This is very good because every state in the country is different, and every single one of them is always changing, meaning that it can be very hard to keep up with. But with the constitution it doesn't have to be. That’s why that is so important, because it gives each state power to take care of its own state, and make sure that everything is going good, and solve its own problems on its own, not having to rely on the government to do it for them. This amendment is used a lot in court, when states have their individual issues, they take care of them in their own states because of this amendment, it lets them be able to make their own decisions, and have the right to be able to do what they want, not want the government
