You come home, finding your son smoking marijuana. You would have never expected that your son would do drugs, but it’s the reality. Many people today are becoming addicted to marijuana, leading them to do worse harmful drugs. This is only a few reasons why recreational marijuana wouldn’t benefit us. I know that people want to have their own rights , but if everyone decided to do what do what they wanted, our nation wouldn’t be where it is today. This is why legalizing this drug would lead to more addicts in our country, uneducated people, and deaths. Are you going to be the next victum?
To start with, recreational marijuana shouldn’t be legalized in the United States. This drug makes you process things slower causing you to be care less. This will higher the percentage of teens that are not wanting to go to school, which would not benefit our society because we need more intelligent people.
